Hi, I just want to confirm the receipt of the package. It was well packaged and given the time provided for this project, you did the very best you can. The only concern that was expressed was the matt laminate was not the same texture as the sample that was sent to you. But the art work and quality of your work is great. I personally thank you very much. My boss still would like to know if we can still get a matt lamente of the same quality or texture as our original sample that we sent over to you. If it is possible, please let me know. But for this year and this particular project, we are pleased with your work. Thank you very much and hope to hear from you on the inquiry above. Dear Amita: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I received the cards in Los Angeles just 3 days after they were shipped from India and they truly exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful! I was truly impressed by your professionalism, patience, service and quality. You stuck by me, calmed my doubts and sent 15 proofs before we finalized and I have to say the cards look 100% better than the sample.
